Can I customize the scent of a candle?At the moment, we do not offer customization for individual candle scents. However, we are always open to suggestions and feedback from our customers. Feel free to share your preferred scents with us, and we will consider them for future product development.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?We do offer bulk orders and may include discounted prices depending on order, we do not offer wholesale for businesses, events, or special occasions at this time. This is all up for discussion as well.

How long do your candles burn?On average, our 6oz candles burn for approximately 35-45 hours.

How can I care for my candle to maximize its lifespan?To ensure the longevity of your candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive smoke and soot. Allow the candle to burn long enough for the entire top layer to melt, creating an even wax pool. Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and always store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Are your candles safe to burn?Yes, our candles are safe to burn when used according to the instructions provided. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and ensure that the candle is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children and pets.

What are your candles made of?Our candles are made from a blend of high-quality, natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils that are 100% vegan. We do not use any paraffin wax or harmful additives in our candles to allow our customers to enjoy our products guilt free.

What is your return or exchange policy?We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leo Marie. - If your package arrives and the contents are damaged (can not function as intended) contact us at leomarie.crafts@gmail.com with your order number and proof of damaged goods within 3 days of package arrival. Once received, we will send a replacement product or issue a refund depending on your preference. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. - If your package arrives and the contents are damaged (can still function as intended) contact us at leomarie.crafts@gmail.com with your order number and proof of damaged goods within 3 days of package arrival. Once received, we will send a 50% (partial) refund or 25% discount on your next order depending on your preference. - Exchanges are not permitted if you are displeased with the fragrance. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. No Exceptions.

Do you offer international shipping?Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Please stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.
